The Sobriety Fix: Fuel Your Sobriety with Insights
Hi, I'm Cam.
I used substances for various reasons, but the most damaging was the pursuit of control; a matter of life and death for me.
I now choose to educate myself and train my mind and body through the practice of sobriety and awareness. It’s a daily struggle but undoubtedly worthwhile.
I write to connect with like-minded individuals; those who are embracing sobriety and its foundations for success.
I know what it feels like to struggle to prioritise mind and body.
I’m here to share my experiences and inspire anyone who's sober-curious to take the leap, and reap the rewards of living alcohol free.
Prevention is the cure, it’s about harm reduction. We don’t need substances to feel; it is called the human experience. Embrace it in sobriety, don’t numb it in stupidity.
